Dragway 42 Autocross Festival

AUTOX Festival at Dragway 42. May 2-4. First a quick overview. It’s our 3 day event of fun with cars. Onsite camping, nearby hotels, restaurants, Saturday night beers and Karting, multiple courses, and a unique driving challenge to crown an overall winner, and of course, some big prizes. General rules – We will use standard SCCA classing and class rules. All classes are sorted into 8 different groups. You can win your class, ideally you want to win your group. Group finishing position is based on PAX. All 3 courses (2 Saturday and 1 Sunday morning) will be added together to get your overall finishing position in your group. All eight group winners are seeded into the Winners side of the Challenge bracket on Sunday. The eight 2nd place finishers from the groups will make up the 1st Loser side of the bracket. Those Top 16 will compete in our final challenge to crown our overall top driver. Prizes will be awarded for Class Winners, Group Winners, and Top 3 from thOfficial Vitour P1 Discussion Roadrace / Time Attack / Autoxge.
OVERALL 1st Place – 2 Vitour P1, $500 Summit Racing Gift Cert, and free admission to Summit AutoX Week in July, and High Voltage Gift Cert 2nd Place – $250, High Voltage Gift Cert 3rd Place – $100, High Voltage Gift Cert Group Winners – $50, High Voltage Gift Cert Class Winners – $25

SATURDAY 7:30am – 5pm Course Walk 7:30am-8:30am Late Checkin and Tech 8am-8:45am Drivers Meeting 9am Morning Course Runs 9:30am-12:30pm Lunch 12:30pm-1:30pm Afternoon Course Runs 1:30pm-4:30pm Sunday morning course open for walking about 5pm Karting, Food and Drinks at High Voltage (20min away) 6:30pm-???
